Pricing is provided upon inquiry. All rates are subject to a written lease agreement.
Standard Lease Terms
All leases are governed by a written agreement executed prior to access. The following terms apply to all standard bookings.
Reservation & Deposit
A signed lease agreement and security deposit are required to confirm any booking. Dates are not held without both.
Deposit amounts vary by lease duration and are applied toward the total lease fee upon successful completion of the event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the event date receive a full deposit refund.
Cancellations within 29– 20 days forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within 19 days forfeit the full deposit.
Lessee Responsibilities
The lessee is responsible for the conduct of all guests and vendors on the premises during the lease period.
Any damage to the property beyond normal wear will be assessed and billed against the security deposit or invoiced separately.
Permitted Use
The space may be used for corporate meetings, private functions, seminars, banquets, and similar professional events.
Subletting, commercial resale of the space, or use for activities prohibited by local ordinance is not permitted.
Lessor Role
JacJamz, L.L.C. acts solely as the property lessor (NAICS 531120). We do not provide catering, event coordination, AV services, or staffing.
Lessees are welcome to engage any licensed vendors of their choosing.
